We have made it 1/2 way through July and 1/2 way through 2020. While this year has been crazy, it has given me some time to create additional recipes that are compatible with my healthy living style.

This Apple Cobbler takes less than 5 minutes! Easy! If you have gluten sensitivity you can use GF oatmeal.
